High-Protein GF Rocky Road Bars
Yield:** 8 bars | **Chill:** 1 hour
Ingredients
¾ cup** Dark chocolate chips
½ cup** Sunflower seed butter
2 scoops** Chocolate protein powder
1 ½ cups** Gluten-free crispy rice cereal
2 tbsp** White chocolate chips (for drizzle)
Directions
1. **Melt:** Microwave dark chocolate and sunflower butter in 30-second bursts until smooth.
2. **Mix:** Stir the protein powder into the warm chocolate mixture until smooth.
3. **Fold:** Gently stir in the cereal until completely coated.
4. **Set:** Press firmly into a parchment-lined pan, drizzle with melted white chocolate, and chill for 1 hour before slicing.
