Lutapaj W**ery — Construction & Production Update
We're making steady progress toward opening Lutapaj W**ery in Santee!
On the construction side, we've completed the scratch and brown stucco coats, installed the doors, and are preparing for the final stucco color coat. It's exciting to see the building coming together.
Meanwhile, we've been working through the regulatory approval process for our w**es and beers. The TTB has already approved numerous formulas and labels, bringing us closer to production.
We also received some particularly encouraging news on October 9. After reviewing the historical food use and botanical characteristics of Arctostaphylos glandulosa, the FDA confirmed that it would not object to our proposed use of manzanita fruit in w**e production.
This is a significant milestone for our manzanita w**e, a product we've spent considerable time developing. We're now working through the remaining TTB approval process.
