We’re hiring a Research Pilot Brewery Manager at Oregon State University.
This position will manage the OSU Research Pilot Brewery and support the OSU Beverage Center as platforms for applied brewing and beverage research, experiential education, industry collaboration, and industry service projects. The manager will work closely with faculty, students, and scientists on the OSU campus, and partners across the brewing and beverage industries.
We are looking for someone who combines practical brewery or beverage-production experience with strong technical, organizational, and collaborative skills. Responsibilities include pilot-scale production, research support, student training, industry engagement, equipment and facility management, quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The position is based in Corvallis, Oregon, within OSU’s Department of Food Science and Technology. Applications will be accepted through September 13, 2026.
