**Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Rice 🤤❤️**

Hey everyone! I just have to share this super easy Crock Pot Chicken and Rice recipe with you. It’s a total lifesaver for those busy weeknights when I have no time to think (or cook!). My family goes crazy for it, and it makes tons of leftovers—win-win! 🙌

What you'll need:
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 1 cup rice (white or brown)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

How to make it:
1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
2. Add rice, chicken broth, onion, peas and carrots, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Stir to combine all the ingredients.
4. Cover and cook on low for about 6-7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
5. Before serving, add shredded cheese and let it melt.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!

**Crispy Parmesan Chicken with Garlic Cream Sauce 🤤🙌**

Hey friends! If you're looking for a dish that will make everyone at the dinner table happy, this Crispy Parmesan Chicken is a total winner! It’s a regular in our house, and I promise it’s super easy to whip up, even on busy nights!

**What you'll need:**
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for the sauce)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for the sauce)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

**How to make it:**
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
3. In a shallow dish, put flour and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
4. In another dish, whisk the eggs and water together.
5. In a third dish, mix Panko, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
6. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mix. Press lightly to make it stick!
7. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
8. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
9. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken hits 165°F (74°C).
10. In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
11. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
12. Stir in the 2 tablespoons of flour and cook for another minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and cream. Cook while whisking until the sauce is smooth and thick, about 5-7 minutes.
13. Remove from heat, stir in the Parmesan until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
14. Take chicken out of the oven, serve topped with the sauce, and garnish with parsley.

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

How to make it:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Pat chicken dry. Rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Optional: In a skillet, sear chicken for 2-3 mins per side until golden.
4. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and thyme.
5. Place chicken in a greased baking dish and pour sauce evenly over the top.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20-25 mins, or until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove foil in the last 5 mins to brown the top.

My family goes crazy for these! They're a weekly staple in our house because they’re super easy to whip up and always a hit. Plus, you can make a big batch without breaking the bank!

What you'll need:
- 1 medium onion, grated
- 4 medium potatoes, grated and drained well
- 3 fresh eggs
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Sea salt, to your liking
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 6 ripe tomatoes, diced
- 150g fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Fresh dill, chopped
- Olive oil for pan-frying

How to make it:
1. Grate the onion and potatoes into a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs, a pinch of salt, pepper, and flour. Mix until it’s a batter.
2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture to form pancakes, cooking for about 2 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
3. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). In a bowl, mix chopped tomatoes, fresh dill, and half of the shredded mozzarella.

Hey friends! This Italian Herb Cheese Bread is an absolute crowd-pleaser in our house. It's easy to make and perfect for any meal—trust me, your family will be begging for seconds!

What you'll need:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar

How to make it:
1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water, then sprinkle yeast on top. Let it sit for 5 mins until it gets frothy.
2. Add olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and Italian herbs. Toss in 2 cups of flour and stir it all together.
3. Gradually add the rest of the flour until you have a soft dough.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 6-8 mins until it’s smooth and elastic.
5. Put the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm spot for about 30 mins or until it’s doubled in size.
