🥩 Best Damn Air Fryer Steak Bites 🥩

Juicy steak bites tossed in smoked paprika, garlic, cumin, oregano, and black pepper, then air fried to perfection and finished with a fresh homemade chimichurri. Simple ingredients. Big flavor. 🔥

Steak Bite Seasoning:
• 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or filet mignon)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp ground cumin
• ½ tsp dried oregano
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp kosher salt

Fresh Chimichurri:
• ½ cup fresh parsley
• 2 garlic cloves
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes
• Salt & pepper to taste

Air fry at 390 for 5 min, flip at 4. Then top with chimichurri and enjoy. 🔥
