We are heading into our third year as a registered business!
From our first year in 2024 to last year 2025 our profits quadrupled! We did over 30 sales. Super eggciting!
Last year we offered duck, turkey, and chicken eggs for consumption and for hatching. We regularly sold eggs to a local general store as well as some family and friends. We also offered ducklings, chicks, and turkey chicks.
Last year we also did a round of 55 meat chickens, which we processed ourselves. We look forward to doing meat chickens again this year. The benefit of knowing where your food comes from is so nice.
Last year we invested in Sebastopol geese and plan to offer their chicks this year. We also hope to breed our Lionhead Lop bunnies.
As far as our goats go… well, they’re still essentially just fluffy snuggly lawnmowers. We hope to breed them next winter.
We’re dusting off the incubator and hope to start loading it up soon 🐣 stay tuned for updates!
