Cattle Manure! What a great topic for a Facebook post! It is the key ingredient of our pasture sanitation program! The cattle put it there after fermenting our native prairie. Flies are attracted to the manure and lay their eggs in it. We move the cattle ahead, and after about 3 days we bring in the clean-up crew to eat the larvae! The laying hens are the clean-up crew. This reduces the file load on our cattle! See the before and after!

Have you tried lamb? Many Americans have not, so don’t feel bad! It is a fantastic, delicious, healthy choice of meat. We raise them on grass only, and get them nice and fat! That is where the flavor is at! We also have them processed at a young age. Usually between six and nine months. That ensures the best taste that you can achieve! Contact us to find out about purchasing a hole or half lamb!
