Meet your Meat Monday!!

The T-Bone comes from the short loin. The loin is the area below the backbone. Some of the most popular and tender cuts of beef come from the loin.

The T-Bone is made up of two cuts between the bone. The long side is the strip steak. The shorter side is the tenderloin filet. You get two great steaks in one package!

We recommend grilling your t-bone on medium-high with the filet side away from the flame or heat source, cook on both sides to your doneness.

The T-Bone is an excellent source of Protein, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Zinc, and Selenium; and a good source of Iron, Riboflavin, and Phosphorus.
