Petit Pearl grape juice fresh from the press. The first pressing is called "free run" and is the freshest, most brightly flavorful juice. Further pressing helps extract some of the deep red tannins and more earthy flavors.

It's Veraison time! Our grapes are ripening and changing color (Petit Pearl variety shown here). Over the next month before harvest, red grapes will increase sugar content while developing flavorful tannins.
