Warning, there is profanity in the videos. So we had an incident last night with a customer that ordered 2 chicken parm dinners with no sauce. We apparently were supposed to be mind readers and know that they wanted the chicken in a separate container with sauce but none on the pasta. When they picked up the order they opened the bag and were angry that there was no sauce. We tried explaining why and fixing the issue by providing them with a container of sauce. The wife decided to swear aggressively at which time she was told to tone it down. She flipped out and was told to get out. She then tried to come back in with the food to throw it at me. They then posted a review on google and downplayed the entire incident. The purpose of this post is to say don’t always believe reviews of businesses. I am posting the videos so you can see there are always 2 sides. We will not tolerate bad behavior from customers and will not allow ourselves and staff to be treated inappropriately. Aurelio and Lanel Pagan your behavior last night was not what you depicted in your review.
