After months of rebuilding, planning, and preparing, we're excited to be opening our doors this week — and even more excited to get back to doing what we love: helping you celebrate life's special moments with delicious, homemade food! ❤️

We're putting the finishing touches on our NEW HOT BAR, which will feature many of the Deb's Catering favorites you know and love (of course we'll have fried chicken and our famous gourmet carrots!). You'll also find new grab & go meal options, expanded offerings, and plenty of familiar favorites returning.

The first Giving Plate menu goes live Monday, August 10 — and we're bringing back our MOST REQUESTED meal: CHICKEN POT PIE!! Pickups for the first menu will be August 19 & 20.

Thank you everyone

We had an overwhelming response for our open interviews today! We will still be holding interviews tomorrow from 1-3 at Deb’s Catering but will be canceling our 5-7pm slot. We can’t wait to reopen soon! We miss serving our community. ❤️

As we prepare to open in early August, we’re hiring for The Giving Plate team!

Be part of our next chapter! As we prepare to reopen in early August, The Giving Plate is looking for hardworking, positive people to join our team!

We're hiring for mostly evening shifts with a couple daytime shifts as well, including:
** Prepping Food
** Dishwashing
** Cleaning

Starting pay is $15/hour (or more based on experience and skills).
NOTE: 15-year-olds are welcome to apply!

OPEN INTERVIEWS will be held at Deb's Catering (9 Do-It Drive in Altamont, IL) on:
Monday, July 27 & Tuesday, July 28
1:00–3:00pm & 5:00–7:00pm
