Life Coaching is Very Crucial

Growing up in a rough neighborhood and being constantly teased about my dark skinned complexion planted a negative seed in my mind. The seed was nourished by more crushing comments in my teenage years and dictated how I would live the next 30 years of my life. I felt that I wasn't good enough or deserving of having a life worth living because I was so alienated.

I found myself in relationships with people who were narcissists, manipulators users and one even suffered with bipolar disorder! I didn't think I could do any better because I was suffering myself from low self esteem. There were many times that I just wanted to die! I felt that this was what I deserved. I also had become codependent.

Life shifted for me when I realized I actually didn't deserve the mental and emotional abuse. I learn that I have great purpose in this world and decided I wanted to live. It was a process for me but worth the ride. I am now an author, a business owner, I'm living my dreams of traveling the world and I have some of the most amazing people in my life that pour into me and want to see me win.
