I was craving Pescado a la macho from La Granja, but it’s $24 per plate…so I made a Pot O’ Luck version at home. 😁 I had some tilapia in the freezer and bought some langoustine “lobster tails”. Other than that just sautéed the veggies, blended up for a sauce with heavy cream and put on top of some rice. It turned out really nice 😊 .
