The Renzaglia Family welcomes you to Alto Vineyards and invites you to taste some of the finest wines produced in the United States. Our family owned winery and vineyard is located in the foothills of the beautiful Shawnee National Forest in Southern Illinois. Our second tasting room in Champaign, Illinois, not far from the University of Illinois campus, opened in December of 2001. Since our first vintage in 1988, our wines have won numerous medals in both national and international wine competitions. Our family takes great pride in growing high quality grapes and producing award winning wines.

During your next visit to Alto, grab your favorite Halloween cartoon and let your creativity come (back) to life 🧟 Then, let us know the best way to contact you and leave your submission with us in the designated basket. You're invited to celebrate the 16th anniversary of The Friends of the Shawnee National Forest at Alto Vineyards! 🎉

Join us for a fantastic afternoon filled with great food, good company, and live music performances as we raise a glass to the great work that The Friends of the Shawnee National Forest do throughout Southern Illinois. This year, we're taking a look at the importance of practicing "Stewardship at Work", and how we can continue to show up for one another and our natural resources.

Enjoy a menu consisting of fresh beyond burgers with all the fixings, homestyle chili, and Alto's famous chicken cacciatore on rice while the Swamp Tigers give a show-stopping performance all afternoon.

General admission tickets are $10, with free admission for members of The Friends of the Shawnee National Forest! Memberships will be available at the door.
