Smoke food truck is going to be at Helen’s this Tuesday, August 4th.
They will have Brisket and pulled pork by the pound.

Brisket: $18.00 per pound
Pulled pork: $8.55 per pound

Saladino Smoke food truck will be at our place again this Tuesday, July 14th from 3:00-7:00 pm. Stop by to grab some great food!

I have the sfeeha and fatayer done. Pick up tomorrow will be from 10-4. If you need a different time let me know below. Next week I will be making Cheesebread , hummus and pita bread and Fatoosh. I will try to get all 23 spanakopita ordered done before pick up on Thursday. I will be baking more on Wednesday so if you didn’t get to order you will have more time

It’s been awhile but I am going to start baking again this week. I will be making sfeeha ( meat) and fatayer (spinach) on Wednesday 7/8 for pick up on Thursday 7/9 There is 9 spanakopita pans ready in freezer. Next Wednesday 7/15 I will make Cheesebread, hummus with pita bread and Fatoosh salad.

We have no power ! We are closed for all orders and will see if anything in our freezer and refrigerator survives. If power does not come back in we will fill orders for everyone in 2 weeks

We want to thank everyone for the tremendous support we will miss you all. We will be doing random bake sales (after we rest for awhile) and will post on Facebook and thinking about some baking lessons later but we will not be able to take any more orders or walk ins these last 2 days. We are baking as much as we possibly can with the orders we have. Thanks again for the friendships❤️

We will be making our grapeleaves today and they will be ready to pick up on Thursday and Friday. We made a fresh batch of Cheesebread and sfeeha and continue to make spanakopita
