General training is - $600-$800/month for 6 months may or may not or include feed for the horse which is $100 extra. Professional Training is - $900-$3,000/month for 6 months may or may not include feed for the horse which is $100 extra. Selling Products

Trail Riding
For Trail Rides will be $60-$80 person
Two-Hour walk, trot and canter through the Woods and Lakeside view 3 or 4 person minimum for $240/$320.
2 Hour Tour 3 Person Minimum unless appointed Lakeside ride, lake and mountain scenery $180. Board/Care
Stable boarding feed included $400/Month
Pasture boarding feed included $300/Month
Extra bedding is $20
Care will be $50/Month
Waiver Policy
Everyone OVER 18 must sign a waiver to conduct equine activities on the property. All under 18 must have a Parent or PARTY responsible for said persons MUST sign a Waiver on their behalf. Vet
Will be there on sight every day if needed. Cost will be determined on a case by case basis. Farrier
Will be there on sight every day if needed. Regular trimming is $50/Horse
Shoes for a pair is $60/Horse
Full set of shoes is $90/Horse
Staffing-
Employees
Everybody must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma. A trainer must have a degree or major in any discipline or 4 or more years of experience in any discipline. Staff will be paid $14/Hour. Manager will be paid $16.50/Hour
Trainer will be paid $25/Hour
Concession-
There will be a food/drink vending machine in break room and store part. Coca Cola will be restocking all machines twice a month.
