Dry hay is the food that's "in season" for my goats in Minnesota in January. I'm sure they're craving green grass 🌿 as much as I'd like a fresh tomato 🍅 from the garden right about now.

Luckily, cheese 🧀 is always in season. The goat milk produced during the summer has been quietly aging, getting ready for its winter debut.
