What's for dinner?
🥪BBQ Brisket Sandwiches🥪
Ingredients:
1 Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Brisket
8 large buns or Texas toast
8 slices sharp white cheddar, sharp cheddar, provolone, pepper Jack, Monterrey Jack
LIGHT COLESLAW:
4 cups shredded cabbage red or green
1-2 shredded carrots (½ cup)
1/4 cup mayonnaise I use fat free
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar or more to taste
1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt

Beef is what's for dinner
🌮 Indian Fried Bread Tacos 🌮
For the Fry Bread:
2 cups Flour
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 cup warm water

Season ground beef the way you personally do for tacos and make sure to add your favorite toppings!
