Chardonnay Baked Trout/Salmon Recipe:

-Place fish on parchment paper for easy clean up
-Cover with 1/2-1 cup of St. John Chardonnay
-Season with your favorites: salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil
-bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
-serve with butter, lemon, capers
