National Pizza Month feels like a good excuse for a kitchen throwback pic and to shout out our talented friends.
Before the pizzas hit your table, there were a whole lot of dough experiments, recipe testing, and late nights.
We had some pretty great help along the way, too. Alva native Seth Jordan and his wife, Allison, are Culinary Institute-trained chefs who now live in Long Island. They designed our menu and were huge parts of developing our kitchen and getting the food side of this place off the ground, and we’re pretty grateful for that!

We’re kicking things off at 7 PM tonight so our teacher friends (and anyone headed to parent-teacher conferences) can still make it out.

Turns out “For the Square” was a pretty fitting album title for a guy coming back to our brewery on the square.

Collin Nash returns to ABC November 14th at 7 PM during the downtown Holiday open house weekend. This will be a full band and a free show thanks to our friends at BluePeak! So bring your crew!

He’s been busy since his last visit, too! A new record, a co-wright on American Aquarium‘s latest album amongst others!
