WE ARE RESTOCKED ON HONEY! Plus beef and lots of veggies. Ill have the following at the Mansfield Farm & Cottage Market tomorrow morning. Cucumbers, kale, spicy mixed greens, berts, carrots, chard, basil, green beans, turnips, and raddishes.
The okra is coming soon. My kids are eating all of them right now. Aaaaannndddd the tomatos are turning yellow! It won't be long!

Ill have carrots, kale, spicy mixed greens, turnips, wasabi raddishes, raddishes, beets, green beans, aaaannnnddddd CUCUMBERS! Plus our normal beef, honey, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.

Sometimes im late planting things because I just have too much to do. But I did get sweet corn, spaghetti squash, and purple hull peas planted this week. Plus more watermelon and cantaloupe!

Some customers asked me today if I was really organic in my growing methods..... I showed them this picture. Growing organically is a method of fighting a battle. There will always be bad bugs, how you deal with them is the mark between a naturalist and someone who uses harmful chemicals.

Goooooood morning everyone! We will be back at the Mansfield Farm & Cottage Market tomorrow! We were gone for 2 weeks celebrating out 10 year anniversary tent camping in the Great Smoky Mountains! We will be fully stocked with beef and eggs tomorrow, and I'll have sugar snap peas, onions, beets, carrots, kale, spicy mixed greens, green beans and raddishes tomorrow. Here is a pic of the carrots I gathered for tomorrow!

This is a new thing for me! Harvesting some of the scapes off my garlic. Remember, we will not be at the Mansfield Farm & Cottage Market again this Saturday, but we will be back next Satuday May 30th!

I got my onions planted early this year so they are starting to reach maturity. I have about 2000 onions! Because I think every home cooked meal starts with diced onions! I dont have time this week to set up my multi level drying rack.... but I wanted to get some curing started. So here is one rack set up on the front porch! Cured onions coming soon to the Mansfield Farm & Cottage Market
