We are starting the wait list for beef (halves or wholes) if you live near the Houston Texas area and want on the waitlist let us know. We will start reaching out in November/December to those on the list to discuss how much, deposits and details. Actual butcher date will be in March/April most likely. If you are on the waitlist and we don’t get to you we will reach out do you know and ask if you want to stay on in case someone bails, be removed, or stay on the list for next year.

Thank you to alvin fire dept and those praying today could have been so so bad we lost some pasture and the neighbors lost a lot of pasture but I got the cows out of the area that burned before it was fully engulfed and the wind changed just before it hit the neighbors house the kids are pretty rattled as long as the stress doesn’t cause later issues for the cows (it was the maternity ward and bull pastures) and chickens we should be ok with some damage but no structure.
