There we are, loaded with tubs and waders, ready to collect White waterlilies at Galveston Bay Foundation property on Chocolate Bayou. What are Chasity and Margaret pointing at? An alligator nest. We never see the mama but we see the muddy slides where she slips in and out of the pond. From these, we think she must be kinda wide. Respectfully we postpone collecting here til the fall. Instead of plants, we take photos.
