🧺🍯 Pack a picnic. Find a shady spot. We've got the honey.

In the Brazos Valley of Central Texas, among the yaupon holly trees, our bees were busy making something a little different. And now, we're bringing a taste of it to you!

🌿 Introducing Central Texas Yaupon Honey! 🌿

Deep, rich, and full of character, this honey is a little departure from our everyday variety. It's one of those special finds that reminds us just how much the flowers our bees visit can influence what's inside the jar.

Same hardworking bees. Different blooms. A whole new honey experience.

🍯 Yaupon Honey — now available at Coplin Bee Farms!

It’s finally here — Bourbon Barrel Honey!

We took our Texas honey and gave it a little extra time and character — 90 days in a charred Kentucky bourbon barrel. The result? A rich, smooth honey with subtle notes of oak and a flavor unlike anything we’ve bottled before.

Each bottle is hand bottled and individually numbered, making this first batch extra special.

100% American Honey
Aged 90 Days

Small batch. When it’s gone, it’s gone!

We love Mr. Gale and Gale's Feed Store. If you are in the area stop by to see him!

❤️ OUR COMMUNITY NEEDS YOU ❤️

If you know Mr. Gale, you know he’s one of those special people who makes our community feel like home. For decades, he’s been here serving his neighbors, greeting customers with a smile, and being a familiar face in our community.

Right now, Mr. Gale and Gale’s Feed Store could use a little of that love returned. ❤️

With the ongoing road repairs making it difficult to get to his store, business has been extremely slow—and unfortunately, the construction is expected to continue for several more months.

If you can, please make the extra effort to stop by and support Mr. Gale. Whether it’s a watermelon 🍉, pickled veggies, dog food, feed, or something else from the store—even a small purchase can make a BIG difference to a small business. ❤️

And we want to give a VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to the sweet young lady pictured in the background wearing pink. 🥹❤️ Yesterday, she overheard our conversation with Mr. Gale about how slow business has been. Without hesitation, she walked over and purchased one of his watermelons simply to show her support.

You may never realize how much that small act of kindness meant—but THAT is what community is all about. ❤️

If you can’t stop by, you can still make a difference. PLEASE SHARE THIS POST, tell your friends, and help us spread the word. 🙏

Small businesses survive because communities show up for them. Mr. Gale has shown up for this community for decades.

Now it’s our turn to show up for him. ❤️

Happy World Honey Bee Day! 🐝🍯

Today we’re celebrating the tiny workers behind every jar of honey — and so much more!

Our bees spend their days flying flower to flower, pollinating the plants around us and bringing a little sweetness back to the hive. It’s pretty incredible what these little ladies can accomplish. 💛

So today, give a little extra love to the honey bees! Plant something they’ll enjoy, skip the pesticides when you can, buy honey from a local beekeeper, or simply stop and watch them work the next time you see one buzzing around a flower. 🌼🐝

Happy World Honey Bee Day from all of us at Coplin Bee Farms!
