Happy 4th of July, Jackson! 🇺🇸

We’re OPEN TODAY starting at 11:00 AM at The Caterers Kitchen and we’ll be serving until we’re sold out.

First off, thank you to everyone who came out yesterday. We had such a great time hanging out with everyone, listening to Led Zeppelin, eating burgers, hot dogs, and ribs, and getting to meet so many new faces. It really meant a lot to me, my crew, and my family. Thank you for making our first day such a great one.

If you missed yesterday, today’s your chance.

Our Black Oak Burger is a real 8-ounce, half-pound burger. No tiny smash burgers here. We went back to what a burger should be. It’s topped with two slices of cheese, our house-made bacon jam, and served with our garlic and fresh herb fries.

We’ll also have smoked rib plates, bacon-wrapped Black Oak Dogs, fresh lemonades, fresas con crema, and our brûléed banana pudding.

Come celebrate the 4th with us, grab some great food, say hi, and support local.

Hey everyone! We’re excited to finally open the doors for our first pop-up as a collaboration between The Black Oak Barbecue Co. and Midnight Masa.

We’ll be serving smoked rib plates, our Black Oak Burger with fries, bacon-wrapped Black Oak Dogs with fries, fresh lemonade, fresas con crema, and brûléed banana pudding.

We’ll be open Friday starting at 4:00 PM and Saturday starting at 11:00 AM, serving until we’re sold out each day.

This is something we’ve been working hard on, and we’d love for the community to come check it out, support local, and let us know what you think. Whether you’re stopping in for a burger, a rib plate, or just dessert and a lemonade, we’d love to see you.
