First bushel of garlic harvested.... this is not the garlic you get in the supermarket. These are bigger and more flavorful. This variety is Inchelium Red. Gotta get these on the curing rack, then off to harvest more 🧄

So while my son was helping with farmwork, he spooked a deer. Saw something funny hanging from the doe as she bolted...realized it was an umbilical cord so i investigated. Found 2 fawns, both still wet with fluid. We immediately left area so she would return! Something new everyday.

All this rain has us behind!! Finally started extracting first 🍯 of the year. Only "processing" we do is run through honey sieve.....nobody likes bee butts and chunks in their honey 😏
