I made Beef Cups topped with a creamy white wine béchamel sauce.
The beef cups have seasoned ground beef with peas, carrots, onions, and leaks. In the beef cup I used red wine, rosemary, balsamic vinegar, and thyme. Wrapped in puff pastry with some of the béchamel inside and plated with the béchamel poured on top. I sautéed some golden potato’s as a side. Everyone enjoyed this fancy meal that was fun to prepare.

I went to Flavors of India and had crispy chicken wings with a creamy mint sauce and garlic naan bread. It was the best meal. They are located on Paramount and I40. I recommend you try it!
