🤎1 3/4 cup 2% milk

🌸 Classic Creamy Ambrosia Salad Recipe 🌸

Title: Classic Creamy Ambrosia Salad

Ingredients:

2 cans pineapple chunks, well drained

2 cans mandarin oranges, well drained

2 jars maraschino cherries, well drained

1 can coconut flakes

1/2 bag mini marshmallows

1 cup whipped dairy topping (e.g., Cool Whip) [Deduced base to match the photo's appearance]

Instructions:

Prep: Begin by thoroughly draining the pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and maraschino cherries. Excess liquid will make the salad runny. Pat the cherries dry with a paper towel.

Base: In a large mixing bowl, gently fold the whipped topping and mini marshmallows together until they are just combined.

Combine: Gently fold in the drained pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and coconut flakes into the marshmallow cream base.

Final Touch: Add the drained and dried maraschino cherries. Stir very gently just until they are evenly distributed. Do not overmix, or the cherry juice may turn the entire salad pink (unless you want it pink!).

Chill: Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or even overnight. This chilling time allows the flavors to meld and the marshmallows to soften slightly and absorb the creaminess.

Serve: Stir gently before serving chilled. Enjoy!
