The Ambridge Water Authority would like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding during our recent billing system transition.

We apologize for the temporary interruption in credit card payment processing. We are happy to announce that, as of Friday, July 31, 2026, at 1:00 PM, credit card payments are once again being accepted both in our office and through the online customer billing portal.

Customers should have received an email with additional details; this is not spam. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our office at (724) 266-4847.

Important Billing Information:

✅ Ambridge Water Authority bills have been extended and are now due Friday, August 7, 2026.
✅ No late penalties have been applied to accounts that were originally due today because of the payment processing delay.

🕙 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

🕐 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

During these times, all office staff will be unavailable as participation in this training is required.
