This order I had the other day was absolutely DELICIOUS! I almost told the clients they could just keep their refund and I’d keep the food myself 😭

I just got off the phone with them and found out there were over 17 grills going at this event… and still, people kept coming over to their tent asking for the banana pudding and sides I catered.

Moments like this remind me why I do what I do. I’m truly blessed and grateful to be able to bring people together through the taste of my food. Every order is more than just cooking. It’s an experience, and I don’t take that lightly.
