That's a wrap on the 2025 season for us with a total of 180.28 gallons of syrup. Just have to finish cleaning and cut more wood for the upcoming seasons.

Had a nice little break to get caught will be firing up the cooker in the morning. Season total is 135.54 gallons bottled so far.
