Anyone else having issues with Lister's new blades and Premier heads? Blue box changed from white box. I am thinking a dremmel will do the trick but what a pain in the butt. And yes, we have a lister but we have 2 premier and 1 sheep with 2 clippers is a helluva lot faster.

Our late born production sale has been long delayed. Rotator cuff surgeries and life caused us to delay the sale much longer than I wanted, however, you will not be disappointed. Sweet ewe lambs and some really cool wethers that really are solid. Mostly out of ewe lambs, these are the most advanced genetics we have. With limited space we were only able to keep one ewe lamb from this group so evaluate and bid with confidence. These are four really neat wethers that are ready!

Jetliner and Shenanigans sired. Evaluate these and bid with confidence. All girls are DNA tested FF with the exception of 72, the natty. I believe she is FF too but cannot say for sure.

We hope you have a happy and safe Memorial Day weekend and congratulations to all the new graduates.

Once the weekend is over, we hope that you come back refreshed and ready to get down to business. Henry Show Lambs has Shenanigans up for discussion on the Best of the Best hosted by Show Stock Planet June 1. To say he has helped transform our flock is an understatement. We purchased him from Allen/Newcomb 2 years ago after his first crop of LAI babies hit the ground. A no holes ram that makes them stout, big topped and hipped is critical to getting in the top level of competition. He did that for us. While he may not have the name recognition of some rams, placing sons and daughters in the champion drive has been his reputation. And only getting too see 15-20 ewes per year in our small flock is pretty amazing. Allen purchased Shenanigans from Brian Skidgel. A half brother to Hot Mess out of Hot Karl and a Buckle ewe from Hindman. 3 years old, he is healthy, h***y and ready to go.

Thank you to Dylan Deemer for his purchase of this complete group of ewes. We appreciate his confidence in our program as well as all the interest throughout the country.

We are reducing our flock to fit in one facility. Our target including 5 replacement ewe lambs to be retained is 20-22 females total. Mark is tired of running two places for chores so this is how we fix that. Roughly 12 ewes with 6 yearlings, one two year old, 3 three year olds, and one six year old. All sound udders. 2 ewes with a Q, and 4 with a D. Otherwise all R's, F's, and N's. This is an excellent opportunity to start off or add to your existing flock with a sound group of females. Thanks to all of you that bid, bought, called, and stopped to see our offering on Show Stock Planet last Sunday night. We are humbled by the interest. In the coming weeks we will be offering 12-14 brood ewes. That is just under half of our entire flock of 30 ewes. They are good and young as we turn generations quickly here. Need to give some love to the wether on our sale. I rarely stop to look at our lambs until it is decision time. He was young so he didn't make our feb sale. He is a thick big topped, big pinned son of a gun. Video posted below and on the sale site. If you need a good one, he will be cheap for how good he is. Momma always raises them stout.

Best ram we have ever raised without question and a bunch of ewe lambs that we would have kept back to build our quality. Well, we are playing a numbers game at our place and we need to reduce our flock size to fit our facility. (Mark is getting tired of running to multiple places to do chores). So here you go. Ewe lambs that are simply awesome in our eyes. We kept back a only a few for Chloe to show or for us to retain. All but one are RRNNFF so breeding options are endless for their new owners. Study each as they offer some differences, but all have the awesome profile you have to have to get noticed in the show ring. Feel free to call if you have any questions.
