We are sorry we haven't been there for you.
Unfortunately, we have been going through turbulent times for a long while now; mainly with our lender who funded our SBA 7a loan back on February 14, 2020 to acquire Naples. I can tell you a million things that have made it difficult for me/us over the years, but nothing has made it more difficult than them. Not the road detour, not moving locations, not the pandemic, not the labor, not the inflation, not my sickness... But them.
I feel like a business owner, father, husband, son, brother, nephew, cousin, stepbrother, friend, and now humbled man. I have had enough. Enough of the fighting, crawling, scraping, me and my family getting back together after all the dust settles. But what happens if the dust never settles? What if, in fact, come December 16th, that said lender follows through with their auction? After me already providing them with financial incentives to further delay a previous auction last month. Do I have enough time to finish this hopeful refinance in time even after numerous rejections from other banks due to our credit being destroyed?!?
We thought we made the best choice, we have given it our all. Literally. And that is to provide you with the absolute best value-priced hand-tossed Italian-style pizza, salads, subs, and sides! While also being impactful to the community we serve and being able to call each and every one of you or friends.
At this point, I have made the personal decision as the man of my household to shift priorities and focus on my Family 1st, and our Business 2nd.
Nothing is guaranteed, nor promised. Everything can work out for the best, or I could lose everything. But what I do know is, it will be my family and friends who will provide me with comfort if I happen to take one off the chin.
We will continue to be open when it allows, and promise to provide a consistent schedule if/when some of these major life-changing decisions are made. Which are out of my control.
What is in my control is my wife and children. And nobody can take them from me.
With all this being said, I wouldn't change a thing, including the community we serve and the loyal customers who believe in us! We are not giving up only because of you!
This is my favorite time of year so I wish only happiness, health, and joy to you all this holiday season!
