I got the MOST responses ever when I talked about this on my stories, so here’s my rant.

Raise your hand if you have ever made a plan that you didn’t follow.

When Melissa Unrefined Foods | Frozen Muffins for Real Life had a second to look at ingredient labels, it was the same story every time: enriched white flour, fruit purée as the
‘healthy’ sweetener, lots and lots of sugar, and no real substance. That’s not what she wanted physically forming her kids’ bones and brains.

Thanks WBZ News | CBS News Boston Small Business Shoutout and Anna Meiler
for helping to spread the word about healthy frozen muffins and help get more nourishing food out to more families!

This time of year, there’s enough pressure to get everything right that we wanted to post a quick reminder that you don’t need to do it all. Fed is best, and that includes you!

Here’s a real life look at what we feed our own kids, which is exactlyyyyy why we make sure they have plenty of our muffins.

Are you an illustrator? 🎨

We make frozen muffins with stone-milled whole grains (think, real food for busy mornings) and we’re looking for someone to help expand our branding as we keep growing. Think merch, coloring sheets, content, and more.

We love warm, hand-drawn styles, and we’d especially love to support artists based in New England.
