We will be doing pick-your-own (PYO) the weekends of October 17-18 and 24-25, but we will not be staffing a table so it will be more of a DIY situation. Hours for picking will be 9am-5pm. PYO Details are at the bottom of the post.
In addition to PYO, we have so much at the farmstand at 416 Bay Road! PUMPKINS are on special: buy 2, get 1 of same or smaller size for FREE. C***R and C***R SLUSHIES, APPLE BUTTER, HONEY, and RASPBERRY JAM. Now, T-SHIRTS too!

Apple varieties in the farmstand include Cortland*, Macoun*, Liberty*, McIntosh, Elstar, Spencer, Davey, and several Asian pears. Those with * are also available for PYO, plus Freedom, Empire, Jonathan, Jonagold, Mutsu, Spigold, Golden Delicious, Baldwin, Ida Red, and a few others! Signs are up in the orchard to let you know what's what.

P.S. We grow using OMRI-approved materials for all pest management and fertility, but are not certified organic. As far as we know, we are the only orchard in the area following these practices.

PYO DETAILS:
(1) Park off the Middle Street entrance, about 100 yards north from the Bay Road intersection, not at the farmstand location — GPS usually works if you plug in 579 Middle Street.
(2) Either pay by Venmo at the unstaffed table near the parking or walk up to the farmstand to pay by credit or cash.
(3) Grab peck or half-peck bags and a map and variety list wherever you pay.
(4) Head out to the orchard following the Apple arrow signs and if you run into any problems, please call the phone number posted at the table.
Sorry, no pets or tree-climbing allowed, and no public bathroom available.

We will be doing PYO this weekend, both days, from 11am to 5pm. There's perfect fall weather in the forecast. Bring family, friends, and your camera, and feel free to pack a lunch and a picnic blanket, or use our picnic tables. We'll have a few fun activities set up for kids, like a slingshot for dropped apples (see vid), bouncy balls, bag toss. We also have c***r and c***r slushies in the farmstand, as well as lots of pie, carving, and mini-pumpkins and apple butter and honey.
Cortland, Macoun, Liberty, Freedom, Empire, Jonathan, Jonagold are ripe. Spigold, Golden Delicious, Baldwin and a few others are close but best to pick selectively or wait for next week. We’ll provide half-peck and peck bags (or bushel boxes if you need them) and some tips on picking. Because our EBT processing is down, we are offering half-price on PYO for SNAP participants.
Note that PYO parking is available from the farm entrance at approximately 495 Middle Street, about 100 yards north from the Bay Road intersection, not at the farmstand location on Bay Road. Sorry, no pets or tree-climbing allowed, and no public bathroom available.

We've got very small quantities of ripe Seckel pears and Moonglow pears in the farmstand, plus Asian pears and many apples (Cortland, Macoun, McIntosh, and more)! Raspberries are almost gone for the weekend. No official PYO this weekend thanks to the Nor'easter, but today (Saturday 9/26) will have some decent weather moments, so you can park by the Middle Street entrance (not the Bay Road one), walk to the farmstand to get bags and pay, and take a map with you to find the varieties you want in the orchard. No PYO Sunday, and the stand will close early afternoon. Hoping for better weather next weekend!

We will be doing PYO this weekend, both days, from 11am to 5pm. There's perfect fall weather in the Saturday forecast. Sunday looks rainy and we might open early if that will help get some pickers in before it gets too wet. Bring family, friends, and your camera, and feel free to pack a lunch and a picnic blanket, or use our picnic tables. We'll have a few fun activities set up for kids.

McIntosh, Davey, Cortland, JonaMac, Freedom, Elstar, and Gala are fully ripe. Empire, Liberty, Macoun, Jonathan, and Spencer are just shy of maturity, but there are some ready fruit if you have a good eye for them. We’ll provide half-peck and peck bags (or bushel boxes if you need them) and some tips on picking. Because our EBT processing is down, we are offering half-price on PYO for SNAP participants.

Woohoo!!! We will be doing PYO this weekend, both days, from 11am to 5pm. There's perfect weather in the Saturday forecast, and if the chance of thunderstorms Sunday materializes, we will adapt as needed with anyone who is on the farm. Bring family, friends, and your camera, and feel free to pack a lunch and a picnic blanket, or use our picnic tables. We'll have a few fun activities set up for kids.

The main orchard block will have ripe McIntosh, Freedom, Cortland and early Macoun, plus Empire and Liberty that will be better next week but can be picked if you like them a little tart. By request, we can direct you to the areas with Gala or Asian pears. We’ll provide half-peck and peck bags (or bushel boxes if you need them) and some tips on picking. Because our EBT processing is down, we are offering half-price on PYO for SNAP participants.

It’s that time of summer when the raspberries really start to ramp up, so we are doing a special today, 8/12…buy4 half pints and get the 5th free!!! Come and grab them to eat straight from the basket, use them to bake, throw them into drinks, add them to your oatmeal, or freeze them for the dark months where a burst of raspberries are sure to put a smile on your face!

We’re at 416 Bay Rd in Amherst and take all the things for payment…cash, checks, cards, Venmo and SNAP-EBT! Open until dark!

It’s a hot one out there today, which means you should definitely stop by the farm stand and grab a c***r slushie!!! They’re limited until we have apples to press. Of course there’s tons of other yummy items to grab while you’re here, so don’t miss out!

We are at 416 Bay Rd. in Amherst, and we take ALL the forms of payment…cash, checks, cards, Venmo, and even SNAP.

And it’s official, we are OPEN for the 2026 season!!! There is lots to share with all of you on how our crops are looking for the season after that long, extremely cold winter, and the freeze that happened in April, and that’s coming soon via email and the socials…but for today, we are doing a very happy dance to have the farm stand open with beautiful freshly picked blueberries and raspberries, garlic scapes, frozen raspberries in the mini freezer, our incredible apple butter and raspberry jam, and a few jars of honey (more coming very soon)! We also have this gorgeous lavender in front of the farm stand (a stroke of brilliance from Farmer Clem when we first got started here, as it’s lovely to look at and so fragrant) and a big scissors inside the stand on the counter, so feel free to cut yourself some stems to make your your car smell amazing, or to add a pretty touch to your kitchen counter. We are SO EXCITED to be back!

If you’re braving this heat and out & about stop by for something yummy! We are at 416 Bay Rd in Amherst, on the corner of Bay Rd and Middle St, and take cash, checks, credit, Venmo, digital wallet, and SNAP. We apologize for the bump as you enter the driveway, and urge you to go a bit slower as you pull in…we are working on a solution!

A very short wrap up video from the 2025 season…so much to say, and to summarize…but for tonight, that’s a wrap on the year, and as always we are so grateful to steward this land, to help feed this community, and to share in the bounty here with our amazing partners, workers, and customers! None of this happens without each of you…❤️
