I haven't been active and I apologize. Life has been crazy hectic. Between sick me and sick kids (Covid), I haven't had a chance to think about anything other than keeping my head above water. Should anyone be interested, I have the rest of this month open for virtual parties.

Using my Pampered Chef Quick Cooker tonight to make Mississippi pot roast. I got inspired by a fellow consultant. This roast is about 2.5 lbs. I seared it for 5 minutes on each side after seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic. The Quick Cooker has a sear setting on it, so no messing up a lot of dishes! 🙌 I added one can of beef broth, one pack of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, one pack of Au jus mix, one pack of Lipton onion soup mix, one whole stick of butter, and 6 whole pepperoncini peppers. The amount of peppers will vary according to your tastes. Pics to follow later of the finished product!

A huge thank you to everyone who has given this page a like. I promise that I'm going to actually do something one day. Lol. I'd like to make some videos of my favorite products to show how much of a time saver they truly are! The Deluxe Air Fryer came through in a big way tonight. I put 6 thin chicken breasts in it and in 16 minutes, they were done! Juicy, tender, and delicious!
