Our limited Labor Day preorder features full racks of premium Duroc spare ribs—Memphis-style dry-rubbed, slow-smoked and loaded with unmistakable Ohio flavor.

PREORDERS CLOSE AUGUST 30—if the remaining racks survive that long.
