A $4.7 million energy project. Nearly $2.66 million in commercial installation incentives. And a geothermal system installed by Skillings & Sons.

Skillings & Sons was proud to provide the geothermal installation for Wellesley Village Church, helping bring a major energy-efficiency project to life.

By taking advantage of incentives available for qualifying commercial energy projects, the project secured:

$661,375 in utility rebates
Approximately $2 million in federal direct-pay credits
Approximately $2.66 million in total incentives

While the federal residential geothermal tax credit expired in December 2025, qualifying commercial geothermal projects may still be eligible for significant incentives.
