All of our lettuce is greenhouse grown and pesticide free.

I don’t showcase this one enough. This is greenhouse number one. When we started this business we had more time than money. We purchased a second hand hoop house and created our own hydroponic system out of PVC pipes drilling 9,800 individual holes ourselves. It was here where we learned all the hard lessons my grandma would call them bought lessons. We learned things like how important flow rates are and how small adjustments can make a big difference. Most importantly, we learned that you don't have to start big - you just have to start. Fast forward to today we now have 6,000 square feet of growing capacity between two greenhouses and rotate roughly 21,000 heads of lettuce out every six weeks, that goes to families all across the great state of Louisiana.
