There’s just something special about the number 7… and last night proved it 💙

Just when I thought calving season was wrapped up… our girl #7 had other plans.

In the quiet of the night, she welcomed a strong, healthy bull calf into the world right here at Magnolia Farms & Market. No fuss, no spotlight—just the kind of peaceful, God-made moment that reminds you why we do what we do.

That’s the beauty of raising cattle the right way—good genetics, good care, and time. Moments like this don’t just happen… they’re built.

They say 7 is a number of blessing, completion, and good fortune… and I’d say this little fella is all three 🙌🏼

Momma and baby are doing just perfect, and we couldn’t be more thankful for another quality addition to our herd.

Green grass underfoot, black cattle easing in for the night, and a sunset that reminds you why the long days are worth it — God sure knows how to end a day right.

No emails. No noise.
Just pasture checks, soft lowing, and the sky God paints one last time before dark.

This is where the real work happens — and where God’s peace finds you every single time.

Out here under these big Louisiana skies, surrounded by our mama cows, new babies, and the quiet kind of peace only a pasture can give… we’re reminded just how much we have to be thankful for.

Thankful for the land that raised us.
Thankful for the herd that keeps growing.
Thankful for the hard days that make the sweet days even sweeter.
And most of all—thankful for you.
Your support, your messages, your excitement for our beef, our bakery, and this dream we’re building… it means more than you know.

Because MAGNOLIA FARMS BEEF HAS LANDED, and apparently physics only allows so many boxes before your vehicle starts praying for mercy.

Inside this rolling meat wagon, we’ve got:
