We got a surprise in the pasture last night — a late addition to the flock, but she is a welcome one! Happy birthday, little girl! 🥳 She hails from one of our registered Dorset ewes and our registered ram, Bubba 🐑

We hope everyone had a safe and happy weekend celebrating America’s 250th! 🇺🇸 We had a delayed cookout this evening since Mother Nature brought us rain last night (though the gardens were thankful!).

Tonight’s dinner is merguez sausage, which is perfect for summer grilling. This lamb sausage has just a bit of heat thanks to the harissa in it. We like it drizzled in some spicy brown mustard. It is available now direct from the farm. Call 724-809-3152 or send a message to order.
