We’re thrilled to partner with our friends at Stickmen Brewing Company to bring you the ultimate seasonal special: The Wild Mushroom Pizza!
This pizza special Kicked off on National Mushroom day, October 15th and will be running for the next month

​Its topped with our premium, locally foraged Lobster, Chanterelle and Oyster mushrooms, this gourmet creation is a true taste of the Pacific Northwest.
​Here is what makes it so special:
​Base: Rich olive oil base layered with melted fontina cheese.
​The Mushrooms: A roasted blend of wild Chanterelles, Lobster, and Oyster mushrooms sourced directly by us at Mushrooms of the Vine!
​Finishing Touches: Topped with shaved parmesan and fresh thyme.

The mushrooms don't care how busy you are and if you don't get to harvesting them. Close to breaking our 6.5lb record cluster from last year. We don't get record-breaking clusters like this anymore as we usually harvest much younger than this for many reasons, but it's still amazing to see when a harvest window does slip through your fingers.
