Amityville Cyder Works

Amityville Cyder Works Crafters of hard cyder, using New York apples, and traditional methods. We also hope to pay respect to the historic character of Amityville, Long Island.

Amityville Cyderworks will bring the art of craft cydermaking to the South Shore of Long Island. We will use a variety of apples grown in New York State to produce satisfying and complex crackling cyders, cyder wines, and ice cyders. We will experiment with flavors and with other products such as perries (Pear Cyder) and Quice Cyder, all using New York State fruit.
