GRASS-FED LAMB
We are now taking deposits for whole or half lambs. They will be ready early September. We raise Katahdin hair sheep on our farm in Anacortes WA. They eat a diet of pasture and grass hay, no grain. The meat has a mild, pleasant flavor, super tender with great marbling and a nice fat cap.

The lambs are 7 months old and will have a hanging weight of around 60 pounds.

Whole lambs are $6/lb hanging weight plus butcher fees.

Estimate Total Cost: Whole Lamb $560.00 Half Lamb $280
60lbs X $6 = $360 plus butcher fee around $200.

Whole Lamb includes:
4-6 lbs ground lamb
4 shanks
2 packs ribs
2 whole legs or 4 roasts
2 shoulders or 4 cut roasts
2 sirloin roasts
2 racks
8-10 loin chops

We have been out picking all morning. Just look at this bin of heirloom slicers and cherry tomatoes! Come to the stand early before they are gone. Also don't forget to get some Italian, Lemon or Thai basil to go with.

We will open today at 11am. Tomatoes, zukes, cukes, beets, kale, chard, collards, beans, cabbage, flowers, lamb, honey, comfrey salve, black garlic, farm art, wood carvings, goat cheese and more!

We have grass fed lamb by the cut. If you really like lamb, you can order a whole lamb, delivered in this fall.
