Come see us tomorrow from 8 to 1 at the Lawton Farmers Market. We will have some fresh Italian oyster mushrooms and some Lions Mane. They do sell out fast so come early. We will also have the mushroom powders and jerky. Microgreens and nut butters will also be available.

We will be at Lawton Farmers Market tomorrow from 8 to 1 and we will have the sprout kits back in stock and seeds as well as the Microgreens and all the nut butters. We will have some mushroom jerky and fresh mushrooms available also. We have blue oyster, Italian oyster and lions mane. They do sell fast so come early.

So, it's looking like this Saturday we will have fresh Italian oyster mushrooms, and some blue oyster, and possibly lions mane. The fresh mushrooms do sell out fast so come early. Market opens at 8am. We will also have the dehydrated Italian mushrooms and I will post some info on those hopefully today but possibly tomorrow and on the mushroom powders too. Come see us at the pickle festival tomorrow from 8 to 1 at the Lawton Farmers Market. We will have fresh mushrooms available so come early before they're all gone. We will have some Lions Mane, Italian Oyster, Blue Oyster, and Pink Oyster mushrooms. We also have some dehydrated Italian oysters and mushroom jerky in addition to all the nuts butters, and Microgreens and sprouting kits and seeds. Come and see if Kevin can reclaim his crown in the pickle eating contest and say hello to Peanut and our special helper this week May Belle.

We will have dehydrated Italian oyster mushrooms available this Saturday at Lawton Farmers Market complete with instructions on rehydrating them for cooking and using the mushroom "broth" from rehydrating them in your soups, risottos, etc. we will update when we know for sure what fresh mushrooms we will have available as well. We also will soon have mushroom.powder available for adding to your dishes for that umami flavor and to your coffees and other beverages for a nutritional boost.
