As complete food nerds, when we had the opportunity to yet again attend the food playground that is (the âSuper Bowlâ of trade shows for the natural foods industry), we couldnât pass up the chance! We spent three days checking out alcohol-free beverages, protein-and-functional everything, mushroom-infused-you-name-it, all sorts of honeys and mylks, tonics and more.
With an endless curiosity for everything in the kitchen, we were foraging for flavor and flat out inspired. But the movement that hits home the most is the continued excitement around global cuisine, fusion and flavors and the progressive entrepreneurs and brands leading it with heart and passion that are full of cultural swagger. As the packaged goods industry continues to expand its offerings and reach increasingly diverse audiences of consumers, we couldnât be more energized from all of the incredibly innovative products rooted in heritage, fusion, and fun that align with our values of making cooking in the kitchen a simple delight. From our fave tortillas (they made last years list), to Japanese BBQ Sauce to Salvadorian foods, (along with a few fab beverages for a happy cooking sidekick), our palates were perfectly pleased.
