This First Friday is also First Prideday!

Join us for 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, Vol. 30 on June 5th. It’s a special edition that kicks off Pride Month with a new pride gallery wall as well.

𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 is our monthly night market; a musically-tinged Radiant experience on the front patio, celebrating makers of taste, art, and music. The temporal beauty of it all is like a visual concept album. For example, the vinyl “album cover art” provides an anchor to illustrate the feeling of the night.

Here’s June’s artist with the thought process behind his First Friday Art: “For this month’s album cover, I wanted to look back and honor the first Pride of 1969. That Pride was a riot, a statement, and an uprising for expression and acceptance. Today, Pride has become a celebration that brings everyone together in the name of “community.” For me, that is what First Friday is, a community, an expression of art, and a wonderfully beautiful celebration!”

We also host rotating vendors and score the scene with live vinyl spun by and friends. And finally, we provide a food+beer pairing dinner we call The E.P. or “Edible Playlist”.

We enter The Abbey once more…

Today we release our sixth collaboration with .abbey. We’re now on the second year of The Abbey Series, with each release allowing us to delve into styles not oft seen around these parts, usually with a Belgian flair. Case in point, today’s release…

⛪️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗯𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗰𝘁𝘂𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘂𝘀 (𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲) - 𝗦𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗹𝘁 - 𝟲.𝟬% 𝗔𝗕𝗩
Radiant Beer Co. and St. Michael’s Abbey joined forces to celebrate four much venerated saints: this is the ABBEY SERIES. Our second entry of 2026, Sanctus Nobertus, is a spiritually-crafted 6.0% Saison with Spelt. A light, hazy deep straw pour builds to a tight, white head. The flavors and aromas that follow course through a diverse medley; lemon, wheat, bartlett pear, lemon balm, apple, white pepper, and doughy bread. Dry and crisp with a balanced bitterness, complex but very refreshing, and overall quite fruity but ultimately austere. Come drink like the monks of new.

Gallivanting in the OC be like…

Big thanks again to Wenluv from .la and Mike from for dreaming up this getdown. We had a full dancefloor grooving to the sounds of the Manila Sound crew, nomming on Banger’s incredible lumpia, and browsing the goods of our killer vendor lineup.

If you see us smiling all weekend long, there’s a pretty simple reason.

𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐙𝐄𝐍 𝐒𝐙𝐍 𝐈𝐒 𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 𝐁𝐀𝐁𝐘!

And we’re kicking it off with a special cocktail slushie weekend. Our star this weekend is the 𝗠𝗶𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲, a combination of a 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶 slushie and 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗮 slushie.  The 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶 utilizes our Baby Flamingo tart sour base with real strawberry puree and agave. The 𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗮 starts with our Put The Pineapple In The Coconut Pina Colada Seltzer with a healthy heap of Coco Lopez. You can get each as its own slushie too!

🪩 Tonight we’re getting down on the patio! 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧: a getdown with music, lumpia, and more happens on our front patio from 4-8 PM this evening. It’s a FilAm night for the whole neighborhood dreamed up by .la and , featuring a slew of DJ’s, delicious lumpia, and some special vendors too. We’re expecting a good crowd, so parking might be tight. If our onsite parking is full, overflow parking is available at One Day Signs or E-mazing Lights (220 Loara St. warehouse only). Look for our brightly colored Radiant Beer Co. parking signage. You can also find street parking along N Manchester Ave. And of course, we always encourage carpooling, rideshare, and public transit. We may not have 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀, but boy do we love whenever we get to pour a new German-style Pilsner off our .cz faucets 😍

🧠 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 - 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻-𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝘀𝗻𝗲𝗿 - 𝟰.𝟳% 𝗔𝗕𝗩
We may not have ALL THE ANSWERS but we do know this; we adore crafting German-style Pilsners. This latest lager is no exception; enjoy a bright, light gold pour with a tight white head. Aromas of bready malt and jasmine arrive with just the slightest mineral waft. Fresh flavors of baguette and thyme follow, trailed by light florals and lemon rind and hints of black tea, all closed with a well-rounded mouthfeel and firm bitterness. This might just be the answer for now.

The Bearfoot Contessa has entered the building.

There’s a new domestic noble hop from our friends at called Contessa, grown right in the good ‘ol Yakima Valley. We rubbed it, smelled it, and dug it during last year’s hop harvest. And so, we decided to call up our friend Roger from HopSteiner and make it official! 🧸 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮 - 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻-𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝘀𝗻𝗲𝗿 - 𝟱.𝟮% 𝗔𝗕𝗩
We got to brewing with the BEARFOOT CONTESSA. Our pal Roger hailed from Bear Republic before heading to Hopsteiner to drive the future of hops. On our last hop selection, we smelled part of that future in the varietal Contessa, an ode to European Noble hops, grown in the Pacific Northwest. So it seemed fitting to create an “Italian-American Style Pilsner”; a hybrid dry-hopped Pils balancing the best of both continents. Enjoy notes of honeysuckle and lemondrop candy alongside floral green tea with a Noble elegance.
