We take pride in our light.

And we shine light on our pride!

So we wanted to take a second to shine some light on our latest gallery wall - Pride Edition. Fun fact: three years ago during our Pride Celebration we thought it would be a nice time to hang a Pride Gallery Wall. The response was so great and our walls were so beautified, it was the catalyst for our now bi-monthly gallery wall.

Come and check out the Pride Gallery Wall, displaying now through the end of July. A very special thanks to the artists who contributed their talents this month; Elysia McMahan, shea brooking, Tessie Pikula, Michael Mencer, Juliecandothat, Arthur Rose Neis, and Rom Fox.

That definitely real dude was the inspo behind this delicious thirst quencher we thought up just for 𝑳𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑾𝒆𝒆𝒌. We took a Witbier that could easily stand onstage alone, but gave him a supporting ensemble of stonefruit for some standout soliloquies. Introducing…

🍑 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱’𝘀 𝗔 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 - 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗯𝗶𝗲𝗿 - 𝟲.𝟬% 𝗔𝗕𝗩
ALL THE WORLD’S A PEACH, and all the Witbiers are merely players. W***y Shakes had a point with that astute and definitely historically-accurate beer-based sonnet; we really should fruit more witbiers. At least this latest sipper is ready for the solstice, with an incredibly refreshing stonefruit twist on our already-bright wit base. A bright unfiltered yellow-orange pour opens up a proverbial planet on your palate; peach of course, but also citrus, hints of pepper, and Kern’s nectar, with a slightly tart acidity that zings through the sweetness.

Y’all, it’s 𝑳𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑾𝒆𝒆𝒌 and we’re just getting started shining! We had our friends OC Craft Runners over last night to kick it off with a run, and tonight Book Club is showing us why Radiant is LIT with a discussion of “Detransition, Baby” by Torrey Peters at 6:30. Free to attend, and open to all - come see why our Bookish community stays LIT!

Have you ever heard of Angine de Poitrine?

Billy has. In fact, he’s been listening to the québécois rock duo so much that he named his latest recipe after them, asked for the can art to be inspired by them, and made marketing spend 45 minutes creating a costume for his photoshoot 🫠  Luckily, it was worth it because Billy’s latest West Coast Pilsner slaps harder than a double-neck guitar.

🏁 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝘁𝘀 - 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝘀𝗻𝗲𝗿 - 𝟱.𝟭% 𝗔𝗕𝗩
Let’s get into the beautiful, chaotic euphony of MICROTONAL POLKA DOTS. This latest recipe from our brewery Billy takes inspiration from the beautifully atonal Angine de Poitrine, letting the magnificent mischief carry its way into the kettle to make a similarly mystical West Coast Pilsner. Hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Citra Cryo, Nectaron, and Saphir, these dots don’t stick to one direction. The palate ranges from tropical guava and papaya to lime zest and pineapple to slight cannabisy kisses. Dry, with a crushable finish, and balanced bitterness - don’t let the chaos fool you - microtonal is magic!

Day 7 of Light Week involves Beer, Education, and Beer Education!

On Sunday, June 21st at 2 PM, we’re welcoming back our friends GIRL BUILDRS for a one-of-a-kind workshop. Introducing the 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽. It’s an all-ages workshop that’s similar to an ‘Egg Drop’, but with a can of beer! Build a contraption to keep a beer can from exploding on impact from the Radiant Rooftop using repurposed materials from Radiant. You’ll have 2 hours to design, build, and test - tell your friends, bring your kids, and snag tix at the link in our bio.

Before that, we’re kicking off the beer education theme with the return of 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿 - a full guided tour led by our Founder Jonas Nemura that shows you how your beer gets made from Grain to Glass. Tours are 21+ and require closed-toed shoes! Hit our bio to grab your tickets.

Day 6 of Light Week is an Ode to Anaheim!

Join us for 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹: 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 on Saturday, June 20th, beginning at 5 PM!

We’re collecting some of the brightest stars in Anaheim to honor the place where we discovered Sending Out Light.

Beginning at 5 PM, we’ve got our friends playing live jazz on the patio as , .knotted, , , and show off some of the coolest bread, books, and more that Anaheim has to offer.

At 7 PM, as the jazz winds down, and the whole community are taking over the patio to hit the boards, spin some vinyl, and keep the grooves going.

Plus, as a ‘lil breakfast surprise, our friends at are doing a long-awaited coffee popup return from 10 AM - 1 PM.

We love Anaheim with all our light. And if you do too, we hope to see you there!

returns to Radiant for Light Week!

𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟴𝘁𝗵: 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 & 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 @ 𝟲:𝟯𝟬 𝗣𝗠

Chris is stepping out from behind the bar to host a very special edition Craft and Arts Workshop: speed collaging, aka “Speed Friending/Dating” - but with collage! A circle of seats, and everyone ‘quickly’ collaging, then passing their piece to the next person for them to add their own personality to it. The process repeats every 3-5 minutes, producing a uniquely communal piece. This particular art experience is about community, creativity, evolution, & playfully letting go, but also still very much about individualism, expression, & not overthinking.

Here’s what Chris had to say about the workshop:
“Radiant is a place that, I believe, is made up of Radiant Individuals, so this inaugural ex*****on of this idea – everyone making/having their own UNIQUELY COMMUNAL PIECE – is a great way to celebrate Radiant’s Light Week, cuz to me, that is definitely Sending Out MORE Light.

Wednesday means trivia is on, and Alex from is lighting it up with a special Illumination Animation-themed trivia.
