From Anaheim to Beijing. 🇺🇸🍯🇨🇳
If you had told us years ago that the little meadery we were building in Anaheim would one day be pouring our drinks halfway around the world, we're not sure we would have believed you.
But here we are.
This week, Honey Pot will be pouring at Mikkeller B**r Celebration Beijing alongside an incredible lineup of breweries from around the world. And to take things one step further, we'll also have four of our drinks on tap at El Nido (White Dagoba Temple) in Beijing!
Getting here didn't happen overnight. It's taken years of long days (and longer nights), countless experiments, mistakes, lessons learned, and a whole lot of people believing in what we're trying to build. We've poured so much of ourselves into Honey Pot, often without knowing where any of it would lead.
And somehow, that journey has brought us here. Over 500 unique drinks, seasonal fruits, spices, barrel aging, and rare varietal honeys later.. To say we were excited and humbled to be invited to share what we make with people on the other side of the world would be putting it mildly.
To everyone who has supported us, walked through our doors, shared a drink, brought a friend, or believed in Honey Pot along the way: you are part of the reason we're here today.
And to our new friends in Beijing, we can't wait to share a little piece of Anaheim with you.
