So I wanna dive into a little about Instacart and I want you all to know at the very beginning that I hold no I’ll will or have any hate towards them but I want you all to know some things.

I am a Instacart shopper as well as a former customer. So this is only my view on them.

1. Instacart charges a service fee, delivery fee, and some states a heavy item fee. None and I mean non of that goes to the shoppers. Instacart pays a shopper a minimum of $7 for one order plus whatever the customer tips. We could shop for 2-4 cart fulls and only make $20.

2. Since the pandemic hit Instacart customer service has been non existent. Us shopper can’t get ahold of them if we have issues during a shop and customers can’t get ahold if they have issues.

3. They have started adding 1-2 more shops so we could be shopping for 3 people and delivering to three addresses for less then $20. I will attach some photos of what we see and get paid on our end.

Instacart just carrs about there bottoms line. Just look and read the visitor posts on there page. It speaks for itself.
