It is with sadness and disbelief that we bid farewell to John D'Elia, pioneer to the Anchorage food truck scene. He was the owner of Urban Bamboo, and helped pave the way for the industry to grow. He died unexpectedly on December 19,2021. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his daughter Kea, her mom Sheyna, and his family.
